This year the Shochugeiko will be held over only one day and will be introduced as Marathon Shochugeiko! Starting at 9:00am and finishing at 5:00pm, with minimal breaks this course will truly test your concentration, fitness and budo spirit. Be prepared for fantastic warm-ups, tremendous techniques and rigorous randori that will help you look at and understand judo in a new way.
This year will also host a Level 2 Coaching qualification on the following day any judoka who is interested, this will be an additional £10 and is only open to judoka who have completed the level 1 coaching qualification.
