An online course is something that many of you have been requesting for a long time, so I am very happy to say that in just a couple of weeks, our first one will be released!

This course is going to be on my favourite and most successful throw, Tai Otoshi, Body Drop. This technique is something that I have developed and refined over my 50 years in Judo. As many of you know, my Tai Otoshi is considered “unconventional” by some, but it is these differences that make my Tai Otoshi one of the most powerful, explosive and reliable methods of Tai Otoshi on the tatami today.
This course is over three hours long and inside, I share with you my secrets on how to do this throw, how to develop this throw, how to truly understand the movement principles of this throw as well as how to scale and adapt it based on your own individual style. Throughout this course you will understand everything there is to know about Tai Otoshi, but not only that, the principles discussed in this course can be applied to almost every other technique in judo.
This course is not just for competing judoka, but will be a fantastic resource for any coaches looking to understand how to break down and teach Tai Otoshi to their students.

Un curso en línea es algo que muchos de ustedes han estado solicitando durante mucho tiempo, por lo que estoy muy feliz de decir que en solo un par de semanas, ¡se lanzará el primero!
Este curso va a ser sobre mi lanzamiento favorito y más exitoso, Tai Otoshi, Body Drop. Esta técnica es algo que he desarrollado y refinado durante mis 50 años en el judo. A lo largo de este curso, comprenderá todo lo que hay que saber sobre Tai Otoshi, pero no solo eso, los principios discutidos en este curso se pueden aplicar a casi todas las demás técnicas de judo.
