ASOCIACION AUSTRALIANA DE JUDO DEL KODOKAN CONCLUYE SUS
CAMPEONATOS NACIONALES
Santo Domingo, República Dominicana.- La Asociación Australiana de Judo del Kodokan (AKJA) desarrollo sus Campeonatos Nacionales del 7 al 9 de octubre 2022 en la ciudad de Adelaide, Australia realizando competencias de kata y shiai en infantil, juvenil, senior y master; femenino y masculino.
La AKJA fue fundada en 1981 y en la actualidad está presidida por David Gordge quien además es vicepresidente-tesorero de la World Judpo Federation (WJF) entidad de la que la Asociación Australiana de Judo del Kodokan en miembro fundador y de pleno derecho.
El estatuto principal de la Asociación Australiana de Judo del Kodokan es preservar las doctrinas originales del judo, tal como las propugna el fundador del judo, el Dr. Jigoro Kano.
El nombre elegido por la Asociación de «Kodokan» es una referencia o saludo al lugar de nacimiento del judo, el dojo original o lugar de aprendizaje que, desde sus humildes comienzos en un templo japonés en 1882, se encuentra hoy en el corazón del Tokio moderno como una meca virtual para judokas de todo el mundo.
Dada la realización de estos campeonatos nos permitimos presentarles los resultados y diferentes fotos del desarrollo del certamen atlético como una importante actividad de esta formativa disciplina originaria del Japón bajo el lema de JUDO PARA TODOS!

AUSTRALIAN KODOKAN JUDO ASSOCIATION CONCLUDES ITS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.- The Australian Kodokan Judo Association (AKJA) held its National Championships from October 7 to 9, 2022 in the city of Adelaide, Australia, holding kata and shiai competitions in children, youth, senior and master; female and male.
The AKJA was founded in 1981 and is currently chaired by David Gordge who is also vice president-treasurer of the World Judpo Federation (WJF), an entity of which the Australian Kodokan Judo Association is a founding and full member.
The main statute of the Australian Kodokan Judo Association is to preserve the original doctrines of judo, as espoused by the founder of judo, Dr. Jigoro Kano.
The name chosen by the «Kodokan» Association is a reference or salute to the birthplace of judo, the original dojo or place of learning which, from its humble beginnings in a Japanese temple in 1882, is today in the heart of Tokyo. modern as a virtual mecca for judoka from all over the world.
Given the realization of these championships we allow ourselves to present the results and different photos of the development of the athletic contest as an important activity of this formative discipline originating in Japan under the motto of JUDO FOR ALL!
