Düsseldorf Gears Up
for the TAFISA World Congress 2023!

The TAFISA World Congress 2023 is coming to Düsseldorf, and the city is gearing up to welcome the world’s leading experts and professionals in physical activity and Sport for All!

Under the theme «Sport for All: More Together than Ever», the Congress is set to welcome up to 500 participants from over 80 countries who will connect, learn, share experience and exchange knowledge on how Sport for All can contribute to a better world.

The 28th edition of the TAFISA World Congress is organised by the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB), the State Government of North Rhine-Westphalia, the Regional Sports Confederation of North Rhine-Westphalia, and TAFISA.

Preparations in full swing for the 28th TAFISA World Congress
On 22 – 24 March, Düsseldorf welcomed the TAFISA Board Meeting and provided Board Members with an opportunity to visit the Congress host city and meet with local authorities and stakeholders. Preparations for the international event are well on their way with the Organising Committee working hard to host a memorable TAFISA World Congress this November. Read More…
Sport for All: More together than ever
Under the theme of «Sport for All: More together than ever», the Congress will represent the main platform for the Global Sport for All Movement to meet, connect, share experience and knowledge, and work together to create a better world. The Congress will also feature the TAFISA General Assembly, on 3 November. The Hilton Düsseldorf Hotel is the main venue for the TAFISA World Congress 2023. Located in the heart of Düsseldorf, Germany, this premium hotel offers modern amenities and over 15 meeting rooms, including a grand ballroom that can accommodate up to 1,200 participants.
