Santo Domingo, República Dominicana.- La World Judo Federation recibió el Certificado de Participación de la Asociación Internacional de Deportes para Todos, entidad conocida por sus siglas de TAFISA, en el Día Mundial de la Caminata realizada el domingo 1 de octubre 2023-
La World Judo Federation es Miembro Internacional de Tafisa y por esta razón incluye en su programación anual y participa en las actividades de esta entidad que es reconocida por el Comité Olímpico Internacional.
Bajo el lema de 24 HORAS ALREDEDOR DEL MUNDO se desarrollaron las diferentes actividades realizándose en algunos casos carreras y paso del bastón, caminatas, carreras de ciclismo, entre otras actividades, todo como una manera eficiente y constante de atacar el sedentarismo y fortalecer la salud.
En la oportunidad nos trasladamos al Parque Mirador Sur de la capital dominicana para realizar la actividad que inicio en 1991 bajo la sombrilla de la Asociación Internacional de Deportes para Todos.
El Diploma de participación está firmado por los señores Wolfgang Baumann y Jean-Frncois Lurent quienes son presidente y secretario, respectivamente, de la Asociación Internacional de Deportes para Todos, de la Caminata Mundial que fue dirigida por Stacy Kim, Asesor de Gestión de Eventos y Asuntos Internacionales de Tafisa.
Los principales ejecutivos de la World Judo Federation, Jaime Casanova, Sampson Sampson y David Gordge, dijeron sentirse satisfechos por el reconocimiento de Tafisa al momento de evaluar la actividad y recibir el diploma de la entidad internacional.

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.- The World Judo Federation received the Certificate of Participation from the Association for International Sport for All, an entity known by its acronym TAFISA, on World Walking Day held on Sunday, October 1, 2023-
The World Judo Federation is an International Member of Tafisa and for this reason it includes in its annual programming and participates in the activities of this entity that is recognized by the International Olympic Committee.
Under the motto of 24 HOURS AROUND THE WORLD, the different activities were carried out, in some cases running and walking with the baton, walking, cycling races, among other activities, all as an efficient and constant way to attack a sedentary lifestyle and strengthen health.
On the occasion we moved to the Mirador Sur Park in the Dominican capital to carry out the activity that began in 1991 under the umbrella of The Association for International Sport for All.
The Participation Diploma is signed by Messrs. Wolfgang Baumann and Jean-Frncois Lurent who are president and secretary, respectively, of The Association for International of Sport for All, of the World Walk which was directed by Stacy Kim, Event Management Advisor and Tafisa International Affairs.
The main executives of the World Judo Federation, Jaime Casanova, Sampson Sampson and David Gordge, said they were satisfied with the recognition from Tafisa when evaluating the activity and receiving the diploma from the international entity.
